Counseling Philoshy:

A Systems-Based Approach to Children and Families
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that no child or family exists in a vacuum. To truly understand a person, we must understand the "system" they inhabit. I utilize the DSRP (Distinctions, Systems, Relationships, Perspectives) framework to move beyond surface-level symptoms and uncover the underlying structures of behavior and connection.

My Commitment to You
I believe that every family possesses an inherent capacity for resilience. My role is not to "fix" anyone, but to act as a systemic guide—helping you map out your internal and external worlds so you can navigate them with greater ease, logic, and love.

"When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change." — A core tenet of the DSRP approach.
