She is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Winthrop University. She worked as a behavioral specialist in a community-based treatment setting, where she assisted clients in navigating a variety of challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns. She has particular experience working with children and adolescents and draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her clinical approach . Jailah provides individual, family, and group therapy services. Therapeutic work may include out-of-session reflection, journaling, or guided exercises to support continued progress between sessions. Thus, you must be ready to invest time and energy in order to obtain and sustain your emotional wellness.
